We are one of the very few in Canada, and our goal is to help make cancer rehabilitation more accessible to Manitobans.

Denise loves what she does! From the time she was a teenager, Denise developed an interest in science, the human body and exercise. This, combined with her love of helping people, led her to pursue a career in Physiotherapy. Her dedication to education and professional growth has driven her to continue expanding her knowledge and skills. She has taken a keen interest in Oncology and Cancer Rehabilitation. She understands that cancer and it's treatments can have many lasting effects which can impact people differently. Denise recognizes the value of individualized assessment and treatment to best help her patients regain function and improve quality of life, and meet each person's own unique goals.

    Laura graduated from the University of Manitoba Master of Physical Therapy Program in 2021. Over the past year, Laura has worked in both an orthopedic private clinic and hospital setting. Although just starting her career, she has taken an interest in oncology & cancer rehab, as well as pelvic floor health.

    Laura's passion for physiotherapy began with a passion for physical activity. She has always had a love of team sports, such as basketball and volleyball, as well as individual sports, such as swimming, cycling, and weightlifting.

    As a physical therapist today, Laura is passionate about patient-centered care and evidence-based practice. She truly enjoys collaborating with patients to work towards their functional goals and assisting in creating or maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
